Before you book

We don’t remove extensions, press-ons or hard gel. Gel polish or BIAB from another salon is fine, just add a removal to your booking because it takes extra time.

If your gel chips within 7 days, we fix it for free. Message us to book a quick fix.

We don’t take deposits. Cancelling less than 48 hours before your appointment costs 50% of the treatment, a no-show costs 100%. Fees are handled through Fresha.

Let us know as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten the treatment.
